I HAVE NOT BEEN LIVING RIGHT…yo-yoing around 290 pounds. I keep telling y’all I’m only H-U-M-A-N ! BUT, now I am tripling down. A salad everyday and 2-a-day workouts. Signed up multiple races, planning on an Ultra Marathon in Novemeber! I have to become OBSESSED or else it won’t happen. I have to BECOME the shredded tat guy in my head BEFORE I actually become him on the exterior! Join me on this journey. Cheers.
