Back on track and making progress…..slowly….but it’s progress. Added the supplements to the above information I share in case anyone is following. On a Cam Hanes routine right now. That means 2-a-days. Running in the morning and lifting in the evening. My body is still not 100% acclimated but I am hoping the morning cold plunges post cardio are helping haha. It’s just a grind.
